Booking Information

All double rooms are let on the basis of two people sharing. A supplement of £20 per night is applicable to single occupancy of double rooms.

Rooms 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 11 have sea views.
Room 1 is located on the ground floor and overlooks the car park, garden and sea beyond.
Rooms 7 to 10 inclusive and 12 are located at the rear of the building overlooking the garden.
Room 10 is a single bedroom and Room 12 may also be offered as a single without a supplement.

All bedrooms are en-suite. Bedrooms 1, 4, 8, 10, 11 and 12 have baths, all others have showers. All have tea and coffee making facilities and colour television.

Dean Court is non-smoking.

Deposits are not refundable.

28 days notice of cancellation of booking is required. If less than 28 days notice, and we are unable to relet the room for the whole or part of the holiday, then liability for the loss is the guest’s responsibility. We strongly recommend Holiday Cancellation Insurance.

All reservations are from 3pm on the date of arrival and we ask guests to vacate their room by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Please advise of any special needs you or anyone in your party has, at the time of booking.

Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor however, it has not been adapted for wheelchairs or people with mobility difficulties. All other bedrooms are located at first or second floor levels. We do not have a lift.

There are no steps into the building or on the ground floor. The garden is terraced and features numerous steps.

There is no alternative access to the garden for wheelchair users or for guests with mobility difficulties.
