Tariffs are quoted per person per night for Bed & Breakfast in £'s sterling inc. VAT at the current rate.
Please note: there is a two night minimum stay.
All double rooms are let on the basis of two people sharing. Single
rooms may be available. A supplement of £30 per night is applicable to
single occupancy of double rooms.

A full English breakfast is provided between 8 and 9am. Vegetarian and special diets are catered for subject to prior notification.
Please Note: We are unable to offer dinner. There are numerous good quality restaurants in the town offering a wide range of cuisine. Assistance is available in booking if required. St Ives has a good reliable taxi and bus service providing easy access to and from the harbour and town to Dean Court.
The tariff terms are subject to revision, although all agreements will be honoured once confirmed.
A deposit of £40 per person is required. Deposits are not refundable.
We regret we are unable to accommodate children below the age of 14 years or pets.
